How to fix it

The hard disk (NAND) soldering is bad, or the NAND is damaged.

1. Check the hard disk (NAND) and its circuit.

2. Restore with iTunes / 3uTools. If the restore fails or the panic comes back, the NAND or its soldering is faulty.
