How to fix it

A watchdog timeout after 600 seconds usually points to the hard disk (NAND).

1. Check the hard disk (NAND) and its circuit.

2. Restore with iTunes / 3uTools. If the restore fails or the panic comes back, the NAND or its soldering is faulty.
